When opting for the Rush Processing service, customers can accelerate their order's processing time from the standard 3 weeks to a swift three business days. This does NOT include the day the order was placed. This expedited service focuses exclusively on streamlining the internal procedures involved in preparing and handling the order. It's important to note that while this significantly reduces the time spent in processing, the shipping speed remains unaffected. Customers benefit from the flexibility to receive their orders sooner without altering the transit timeframe, ensuring a quicker overall turnaround for their purchases.

Shipping Information

All orders are handmade and processed in the order they’re received. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order ships, unless stated otherwise. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. I’m not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping info entered at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. However, I do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled.

If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so I can take care of it. Thanks for respecting the handmade nature of my work and the policies that keep this small business running smoothly.
