All orders are handmade and processed in the order they’re received. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order ships, unless stated otherwise. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. I’m not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping info entered at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first.

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. However, I do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled.

If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so I can take care of it. Thanks for respecting the handmade nature of my work and the policies that keep this small business running smoothly.
